first off, the ""p-spot" describes the prostate which is very much INSIDE. as for the perineum, touch it lightly or lick it.....he will go crazy.

Actually, you can stimulate the prostate through external stimulation of the perineum.

i am skeptical of this. my prostate is about 3-4" in. it needs some good pressure for it to be stimulated. could men be more sensitive than me? maybe but i am doubtful. good luck stimulating the p spot without going inside.

I agree - external massage is a nice starting point, but eventually you have to go inside to get it 'right'.

It's an indirect feeling, according to my husband, but is still stimulating the right areas. I have no problem with 'going inside' and do. Perhaps it depends on anatomy/sensitivity.

PropertyofPotter is entirely correct here. By pressing on the outside it puts a different pressure on the prostate. Not the same as direct prostate massage but amazing nonetheless.
