Ive seen a few vids where women have their breast injected and men have there testicals injected with saline. It fills the surrounding area and makes it swell. Im really wanting to try this. Ive read stories were it has gone great and not so well. The only real problem ive found with it is infection with can be avoided if its done in a clean environment. Has anyone here ever tried it or thinking about it?

From the little that I know/have seen, there are some not fun things that can go wrong with saline injections. Since I'm not an expert on the subject, I'll just say that if it's something you're interested in, do your due diligence and research the hell out of it before you start sticking needles in your body. A few videos and an article on wikipedia just isn't going to cut it. Hell, if you're really determined, I'd almost recommend finding a kink-friendly physician to talk to about it...
