Like the above poster said, Twitter is a good way to get to know people. I find it more engaging than commenting on blog posts since it's in real time and public (if your account is public). If you follow some kink-oriented people and see their lists you can find more people who might be interested in your content. You could also write something for EdenCafe and if people like your article they could click your author link and see your blog listed.
