The only thing I wonder about with icing is how to apply it in a sexy way. Unless you get the kind in a pressure can where you could put it on like whip cream? Idk, I mean, what are you going to do? Spread it on with a knife or spatula?

My wife is a cake decorator and has left over buttercream frosting all of the time! We wouldn't want to waste that...
