No. My looks have never played a part in my orgasm. However, with my partner, I'm way better and enjoy myself much more when I don't dislike myself, but feel attractive. When we first got together 6 years ago my self-esteem had been totally robbed from me just months before, and I normally had average confidence, so this was a huge turn around. I don't really have this problem; I'm actually quite attractive according to other people (I just happen to agree with them). I don't think about myself when I'm masturbating anyway. I find it would be much easier for me to masturbate if I weren't hurting all the damn time though.

Kind of a strange question, but...
I'm gay, so if I was strongly attracted to myself then that would be an unhealthy level of narcissism. I can just imagine sitting in front of the mirror masturbating all day, and it isn't an appealing thought, lol.
