So there are a million types of different orgasms in the world, it seems. Clitoral orgasms, vaginal orgasms, g-spot orgasms w/ ejaculation, and some women even claim to be able orgasm from anal or breast stimulation.

And then there's the men - We all know about the regular orgasms through penis stimulation. However, my fiance can orgasm through being massaged on his perineum, P-spot, and even his scrotum. It takes a helluva long time, but it has happen and he has ejaculated quite a lot from these different types of stimulation.

There are also some weird ones (no offense, weird doesn't always mean bad). A woman once reported that by simply brushing her teeth, she would come to an orgasm. I'll be first to say that when I need to orgasm, it almost always has to be through some sort of clitoral stimulation. It takes quite a long time in most cases, but there are days when my fiance really "rubs me the right way" during foreplay and I can cum both vaginally and clitorally during sex.

Persistent, firm, circular clitoral stimulation. Manually, it takes about 20 minutes. With a vibrator, and if I'm "warmed up," it can take about 2 minutes. I lay on my back, legs pressed together, back arched.

As a trans guy, I have to be in the right mindset and fully see my clit as a penis. Physically though, no vaginal stuff. I have to have my clit rubbed consistently with anal or nipple stimulation as a bonus.

For the longest time, always just clit stimulation. Now I use PicoBong Moka & can have a g spot orgasm.
Or I can just place Moka in my in the right spot, get some clit stimulation going and have both simultaneously.
