I like sexy costumes, and will likely be wearing one this year. What other people decide to dress as is totally up to them and affects me in no way. Why should I care? I think dressing in slutty or sexy outfits because it's Halloween is a totally understandable reason to do it. There are very few times during the year where I get to prance about in public dressed like that. Why not take advantage of the opportunity?

Don't really care, also think is a bit wrong to call other slutty because their clothes are more revealing. I think it would be different to say if the fantasy if of good taste or not, good taste being creative and original and bad taste beeing racist or something like that.

As long as it's in an appropriate setting, like an adult costume party. Also prefer it to be a costume that a lot of thought was put into, not some lingerie they put on then added some lame accessories as an after thought.
I have seen women dress in sexy costumes while at kids parties or trick-or-treating and I just think that is inappropriate. I agree that the sexy teen costumes are going a bit too far.

it really depends on where I see them, but I generally lean towards "too much". I live in an area that tends to get REALLY cold (if not snow) in October, and those poor girls are freezing!

If you go to a Halloween party at a gay bar you're liable to encounter at least one guy who thinks wearing white boxer briefs and a pair of angel wings counts as a costume. It's like a competition to see who can wear the least and pretend they're still dressed as something. Even if they look good I still roll my eyes as I prefer to see someone who has put some real effort into something creative.
