Either wipes or antibacterial soap and water.

Usually with hot water and antibacterial soap. And, I like to boil my brand new silicone dildos and stainless steel toys before using them.

Just soap and water, unless I have a cleaner on hand

Usually soap & water or antibacterial toy spray. Sometimes wipes.

Soap and water, occasionally a wipe if I don't want a trip to the sink.

Here's my way of thinking: my vagina has plenty of acid, right? Well, acid is cleansing. There you go. Simple, effective and... Clean! Bahaha. I'm kidding. I swear. Truly kidding.

I normally use Dawn dish soap and scalding hot water for my toys. Now for my Luna Mini Beads, I boil them sometimes & sometimes I'll let them soak in a peroxide and water solution overnight. Or bleach, but usually peroxide. I wear them daily, so I like to give them a serious cleaning at least once a week and boiling is great, but I leave them to dry on the sink & I noticed a mildew odor on the harness! Boiling would not get rid of the odor, which was hardly noticeable, but I did worry about it. There was no visable mildew or anything, but the peroxide does the trick really well.
My toys don't get a whole lot of use, but after a few uses, I'll either boil them too or wipe down with bleach. I've used toy wipes for quick clean ups too.

If you're looking for a good toy cleaner spray I highly recommend a natural one. I have a natural spray cleaner (can't remember the store I got it from, but if you google "natural toy spray cleaner with tea tree oil" you'll find it. I love this stuff! Been using it in between uses & I love it because it's natural so the tea tree oil is antiseptic, antibacterial & also means I can use it again without the worry of introducing chemicals into my hoo-ha!

I have a bottle off antibacterial toy cleaner that I purchased with my first vibrator. The lady in the store CONVINCED me that nothing else would work to clean that (gross jelly) rabbit and I had to have a bottle of toy cleaner. Oh well, I like the toy cleaner. It smells good

I use wipes when done, wash them with soap and water and then go back over them with a toy cleaner.

I chose the cleaning whats that option. My hubby always does the cleaning mostly with soap and water and occasionally with a little bleach.
