Soap and warm water although I have been thinking of getting wipes for this purpose too.

For a quick sanitizing, we have alcohol spray. To thoroughly clean, we use soap and water.

Soap and water. I've thought of getting wipes but I don't think I really need them.

Soap and water or toy cleaner, then let it air dry on a cookie cooling rack. I have one that doesn't stand well on the rack, so I stick it to the mirror. It always makes me giggle.

Usually soap and water, or wipes the odd time.

I always clean with soap and water either right after we use them, or the next morning, if we don't feel like getting out of bed after an evening session.

I have spray cleaner for the bodies of my wand vibrators. I used to use one with Triclosan, but it was contributing to my eczema, so now I use Before and After by Classic Erotica, which uses cocomidopropyl.

Once in a while I'll deep clean my toys, either with Evolved Foam (which has Triclosan, so I have to wear exam gloves) or with a bleach solution. If I'm in a hurry and I don't have bleach in the bathroom, I'll clean our back door toys with rubbing alcohol, then clean thoroughly with soap and water.

Soap and water. I know the wipes are disinfecting, but I never feel like my toys are clean when I only use wipes.

I use spray toy cleaner. Spray it on, wait a minute or two then rinse it off with water and dry it off. I voted for soap and water because toy cleaner wasn't listed as an option.
