I bought some cute purple kegel balls by Eden--haven't got them yet, but I await their arrival anxiously. These are my first kegel balls, but I'm not completely sure how to use them properly (I did research the many kinds of kegel balls and read this product's reviews). There are two purple balls and they have smaller balls that rattle around inside.

Since the movement will cause my uterus to contract on its own, do I really need to squeeze around them, or just let them do their thing?

I'm not sure that it will actually affect the uterus as much as the vaginal muscles. As to needing to work your muscles while using them, I think it depends on how strong your muscles are. For some people the honestly seem to provide a workout, while for others there may be a minor change after using them for a while.
