We use well water here and have very hard water than can have some sediment in it. Obviously we drink filtered water, but we do not have a filter on the water that goes into the tub. I have several waterproof vibrators that given the chance I would like to use in the bath, however I am afraid of how the hard water will affect the finish of the toys. The ones I am talking about are silicone. Any thoughts on this?

I imagine that so long as you wash them off in some of the filtered water, after you've used them in the tub, then you won't get any limescale build-up, etc.

Yep, rinsing them off with filtered water occasionally should be fine. If you ever do get buildup, you could try soaking them in a vinegar bath and scrubbing?
