I had some trouble when first starting with prostate play and trying to have a prostate orgasm. Since then I've been able to have some small prostate orgasms but I don't think I've achieved an "ultimate" prostate orgasm yet.

A few things I've found that help:
1. Patience! Everyone may have different level of difficulty or time needed to achieve a prostate orgasm. I've personally found it can take me a while of near constant prostate stimulation/pounding to start reaching some small prostate orgasms. Once you know what kind of stimulation and pleasurable feelings to focus on, you might be able to achieve better and/or faster prostate orgasms.
2. For a pure prostate orgasm, focus ONLY on anal/prostate stimulation. Resist the urge for adding penis stimulation, otherwise the orgasm will be more of just a heightened penile orgasm (which is still a great and pleasurable use of prostate play, but not the target of a prostate orgasm).
3. Find what toys/vibrators/positio ns work best for you and targeting your prostate. I've personally found fingers to be difficult for anything more than prostate foreplay/warmup, toys (or being penetrated by a man's penis) should be the way to go.
Dildos like Suction cup dildos are good to mount and ride, target hitting your prostate with the dildo. Mounted dildos can help avoid getting tired too quickly by thrusting a dildo using your hand.
Prostate massagers/P-spot vibrators may help, by providing vibrating stimulation at your prostate. The shape/length/depth of prostate may vary a bit between people so find what kind works best for you! G-spot vibrators could also work pretty well, since targeting the P-spot is along the same lines.
