I have had to lay with a heating pad under my hips in order to be able to move. That really helps, as well as taking a couple aspirin prior to sex.

Take some meds beforehand otherwise ask any suggestions from an actual doc

maybe certain positions cause the pain. Occasionally I have to change positions because my hip starts hurting
