In my experience relaxing the woman is very important. Squirting seems to be more mental/emotional than the more physical clit orgasm.
Than just the standard come hither finger motion on the G-spot via the vagina or anus.
Start very slow and gentle. As it swells increase pace and pressure. Once it is totally swollen it can generally take about as much pressure and speed as you want to give. Alternate with hard and fast and slow and gentle strokes.
Once the valve is open it is easy to keep coaxing more squirting orgasms. In my experience these are the true "multiple orgasms", because they just keep cascading effortlessly in quick succession.
This technique could be done solo with a toy, and more or less is the as a P-spot orgasm. Patience and relaxation is your friend. You can't really rush it, unless you are in practice. These orgasms are progressive. You get better at having them and they become easier to have with practice.

It only happens to me with very fast penetrative play. It's actually more annoying than pleasurable, since it makes a mess It can be held back up to a point but after that ... nope.

I can do it during really fast penetration. People say squirting means you're orgasming, but I'm anorgasmic, and it honestly doesn't feel like anything at all to me. I can basically do it on command, and it's more of an annoyance for me to clean up than anything else.
