Many different things you can do...
Once I have her restrained in the bed and blind folded. I light a scented candled pouring wax down her breast and nipples, teasing her and playing with her sweet nectar. I make sure the restrained is tight enough for her not to move, legs spreed wide open as I add arousal flavored lubrication to her sweet spot. I begin to finger her finding the G-Spot and begin to help myself to desert making her sensitive and juices burst. Best thing is she have no control, the ball is in my hands and unknowing what I will do next! Hearing her moan and trying to squeal is just the best part of the four play.
Once I have her nectar juice burst, I would release her only to restrain the cuff-lings together behind her head, giving it more flexibility for deeper thrust action, and changing position afterwards laying her on belly cuff-ling with her legs to her hands from behind with a pillow under her stomach is another great position!
