Slowly. Expect to take a month or more.

Start by rubbing the outside along with some genital play, then slowly move to finger penetration, small toy, larger toy, etc. Always use plenty of lube.

You have to warm up to it like with a finger and good lube. Make sure your SO is in a comfortable position and ready and loose, if they are tight you are going no where. Then you can work up to a vibe that is the size of ur finger then a little bigger to the size you want. But remeber to go slow and make sure they are relaxed or they will lock up like Fort Knox.
