I'm glad to see once you contacted them, that they immediately took care of the problem.
If it was your first order, sometimes it takes a few days to ship as they take a while to process the order, but if it's not your first the idk what to think :/
I am a community manager at EdenFantasys, and I'm very sorry to hear that you had such an unsatisfactory experience with your order delivery. I absolutely understand your disappointment - who would be happy not to receive anticipated purchase on time?
I've checked the issue with your order, and from what I saw, the package was created exactly when it should be, and it looks like EF carried it to the delivery service on time. Than's why guys from customer service thought the delay was not on our end.
I don't blame the delivery service either - obviously, the problem should be investigated more thoroughly, and the Customer service is doing this now. They will contact the carrier and warehouse staff in order to find out all the details. They will keep you posted and get in touch with you with possible ways to solve this problem.
Normally, EF doesn't have problems with timely delivery. But we don't leave in an ideal world, and the different circumstances that interfere with the proper working process might happen. And I feel really sorry for you having to deal with this situation.
EdenFantasys highly appreciate every customer. We will gladly compensate for all the inconvenience and displeasure you had in regard to the delay with the delivery of your purchase.

EdenFantasys strives to fulfill its obligations to customers, and as a rule, delivery occurs in time. I feel really bad that BabsyB has faced such an issue. Hopefully, the problem will be solved in a proper and satisfactory way.
The first two items I ordered from EF actually each arrived a day early. My third shipment was, unfortunately, delayed (it was supposed to arrive yesterday, but now won't be here until tomorrow or Tuesday...hopefully), but the problem occurred once the item was already in transit, so EF is definitely not to blame for the delay.
All indications I've seen point to EF being very prompt and responsible with their shipping practices. Even so, sometimes delays still happen. Sometimes that's just the price we pay for the convenience and privacy of shopping from the comfort of home.
