Probably the internet. You can meet similarly-minded people on websites like FetLife. Just remember, you really need to SCREEN people and be safe! I agree with the internet. Also, as per my own personal experience, you should try to hang out with the person a little to make sure you all get along before you sleep together. Feeling comfortable talking to someone makes a WORLD of difference during sex, especially during threesomes when communication is extra important.
