I have pretty severe ADHD-I and am currently un-medicated, so I'm really prone to distraction anyway. Maybe that's my problem; even when I'm really into sex, I do find myself thinking about a project I have going at the ceramic studio, or something I have to do afterwards, and I can't have sex with the TV on, because the sound will distract me so much I can't come!

However, ever since I started using EdenFantasys, I've noticed a new phenomenon -- while I'm masturbating, I start thinking about how the toy is working, how it feels, it's texture, how strong it is, how loud it is, etc. to the point that I'm totally out of sexy-space, and only thinking in clinical terms, because I want to write a review later. Hahahaha!

Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I do sometimes have moments where I literally start composing my review — ...the head of X is twice the size of the head of Y... — but unless the toy is a complete failure, it rarely causes problems. It's usually a passing thought that doesn't stay very long. In fact, when I'm done I'll sometimes scribble it on a piece of paper because I'm not sure I'll remember it when I actually write my review.

Occasionally. That is when I take a break and then restart a few minutes later. That is also one reason we come up with alternative uses for toys...I have programed my ADD to see how many ways I can come with a certain toy so I get past the clinical analyzing.

I usually don't fall out of "sexy-space" but every so often I do find myself critiquing the toy rather than just enjoying it lol
