I've used several of Eden's E-stim products; haven't been able to reach orgasm from them alone yet, but they definitely heighten the experience.
I believe it's possible, but I have yet to crack the secret. Part of my issue is that I don't use them as much as I should because it's a lot to clean up and put away compared to my other options.
