Twitter has the best competitions. @SexIsMagazine does trivia every Friday afternoon, and there aren't a lot of contestants. The questions are usually related to culture/pop news stories of the previous week.

I've won one of the guesses and a few prizes for asking questions in interviews. They were mostly gift cards, which are really nice. I also won The Mark from Tantus, from the Tantus interview.
I've never won one from EdenCafe, though. I think they get a lot of entries.

I've won some prizes for "One of Three Favorite Questions" in two of Eden's really awesome community interviews (and the prizes are just side benefits---the coolest part is getting insightful answers from the really interesting people that they bring in for interview!)
I also got a prize in an EdenLink Q&A.
Total, I've gotten the Tantus Infinity plug, the Bendable You Too, a Wet Together lube set, and the Lover's Prisoner set. Very awesome, but even more awesome is how close Eden brings us to all these fascinating people and companies!

I won an Extase La Metropole in an EdenCafe contest, and $25 gift cards in two other EdenCafe ones. I've also won gift cards in a Porn Club trivia thing months ago, and one on a @SexisMagazine trivia thing, I think. Oh, and one gift card from Facebook a while back when their "like" page was different and they drew a name every...Monday I think?
Anyway, I've only won the one toy, but I've been really lucky as far as gift card winning goes.

I'm not sure if you meant just any old competition but I've won a cute little bullet (I think from JimmyJane. I'd have to go look. I never use it unfortunately) from a competition at a sex toy party. And then I won a Cal Exotics rabbit from tweeting so many times for an old sex toy store. I don't use anyone but EF these days though.
