I was wondering how most of you test the products you get for reviews? Either it be solo, with a partner or something else.
How do you do your reviews?

Most of them I use solo, there are a few that I use with the wife. It just depends on the toy. I do like it when the wife helps with the testing by using them on me.

I can do female products by using them together and getting her input. I like it the other way around too then girls write about guy stuff.

I almost always test solo first, and then with my partner. With my partner away in the military, I have had to get used to doing things solo lately. That includes testing sex toys.

I try things like vibrators and dildos with myself. I use only glass dildos, so I also try them with my fiance anally to see what he thinks, and to see how it works when someone is doing the work for me. Some vibes that are good for anal I will try on myself and my fiance.
If there is a certain toy that my fiance doesn't like using, my best friend is always willing to help me out. Of course we use condoms and wash the toys before switching.

I usually use the toy myself first and he usually watches if hes home, but then later we use it together. I like to get his opinion, even though its tough to get it from him, it seems useful in reviews.

Since EF does a great job of providing a complete product description of materials, sizes, etc. I think the key to a good review is the "Experience" section. Since 98% of our toys are for her (even if I use them sometimes), I try to relay to the reader how well the toy worked to bring about an intense orgasm(s) for her - after all isn't that why we buy them?

ALWAYS with my partner, but while were "playing" I always make sure I mess with it on myself and see what would be good about it and what's not like comfort, vibrations in the hands, etc. It's really important to me that my reviews are as accurate as possible & that I know as much as there is to know about the toy. I always wait a week or two, sometimes even 3 because you can't really know the toy with only one or 2 uses (or I don't feel I would be giving a very complete review if I only used it once) so I wait until we've had plenty of time to use it, see all the different functions, what's great and what's not, how the toy and batteries hold up after several uses, etc. I like that my partner uses them on me because that way I get his opinion too, not only mine. I like knowing that I'm getting as much as I can to provide the best review possible. He'll tell me things like if it's hard to handle, if the vibes make his hand numb lol, etc.

Most of the stuff I get with my husband in mind so that we can try to use them together. But I have a whole bunch of stuff I generally use on my own instead.
