How do you do your reviews?

By myself or with a partner.

I always check out the functions on my own first, to get a feel for how the toy works and to learn the buttons, etc. But when it's time to use it and actually test it, it's always with my partner. Some toys have a steeper learning curve, so if they don't work perfectly the first try, I will practice on my own some, but I really prefer him to at least be there especially the first time. It's really fun to experience it the first time together. He likes it that way too, so it works well for us!

I test both ways, just to get a full feel of the toy. I feel like going solo first and then with a partner gives the best rounded review.

I usually test the toy at least 3 times--once or twice solo AND once or twice with my husband. Either way, I want to make sure I give the toy several opportunities to show me what it can do because I don't want to judge it based on 1 experience (especially if the first experience is not the best).

Depends of the toy. Some can be used solo, some are more fun with your SO of course. We both normally test for several weeks before doing review. Learn as much as possible. More detailed infor is good for interested buyers. We're actually suprised some reviews are written after just 1-2 uses

I don't currently have a partner, so I test out all my toys for review by myself. However, I do usually try to put at least some thought into how most toys could/would function as a couple's toy, and include those thoughts in my review. When I reviewed a C-shaped vibrator (which are designed to be able to be worn vaginally during intercourse), I tested out wearing it while using a dildo vaginally, just to get a sense of how well it might perform during intercourse.
