I use toys almost exclusively for this. This should have been a poll really...I masturbate about once a week. It really depends on my romantic state I guess (single, living w/someone, dating, etc.). I am living with someone now and don't really need to but I am a little selfish, hehe!

toys, unless I wake up in the middle of the night and cant be bothered to find them. My average, I would say is once a day, some days I skip, some days 2 or 3 times.
