I would make sure my partner knows how much foreplay is expected from him. Best way of doing that would be to not go along with his selfish approach and have sex only for when you are warmed up and ready.

But that doesn't mean that we are allowed to ignore foreplay. If you have a partner that doesn't fulfill your needs after you spell it out for them (as a guy I need very specific, easy to understand instructions) then you need to get a new partner.

Really rockme69, they're not all like that. Some are very good at foreplay and eager to show you just how nice they can make you feel. I call those men Power Trippers, but it's still good. Others actually care enough about their partners that they aren't happy until the other is satisfied (you might think about keeping one of those.) But yes, there are some who are just in it to get their rocks off, and it's best not to indulge them if they can't or won't learn to be more respectful of your needs.

I have to agree. You're dating the wrong kinds of men. There are men who not only care about your needs, but will actually get turned on by seeing them fulfilled. Stop dating the kinds that only care about themselves and don't bother to reciprocate with you.
