I would like to know about any input from men with a large girth. I have had many problems with rings being too constrictive. This one looks like it has loop for ejaculation which has been a problem in the others I've tried. It makes it a little painful afterwards. Please help.

that does look nice, I don't think I've seen one with a space for more comfortable ejaculation before!
