If your favorite sex toy wears out do you replace it?

Contributor: Martiniman Martiniman
Do you buy the same exact toy without flinching if available or do you consider upgrading if possible? If you've bought the same sex toy, how many of them have you owned?

If there's an updated version, then yes, would get the new version. But I definitely wouldn't shy away from getting the same one. =P

I have tried to focus my purchases on high quality toys. I hope I don't have to replace any for a long time. But if I do it will depend on whats available then.

I use silicone dildos...and they won't wear out, thankfully!

If a toy is really something awesome and not just run-of-the-mill, I'd replace it if something happened to it, or upgrade if the company started making a better version.

I have not had to worry about that just yet. But if I do in the future I will look for a updated version or something similar to it.

If I really loved it maybe, I haven't replaced anything yet (even favorites). I usually just get something else.

I haven't had the need to do this yet. But if I really loved the toy, I would replace it if something happened to it.

I haven't needed to, but I would if necessary.

There are several things in my collection which I would not hesitate to replace with the exact same item if necessary. In the case of my Little Steel, I already have a spare motor standing by, and I appreciate how I don't have to buy a whole new item if I wear out that particular toy. I'd also replace my Sasi without hesitation, and also any of my Lelo rechargeables. There are also several dildos I'd replace if they were somehow lost or damaged, but seeing as they're stainless steel, silicone, and glass, I'm hoping that doesn't happen.

I might, but all my favorite toys are still in great condition so far.

There is only one toy I've bought triplicate of because it was my first most dependable one. Now I have newer even more dependable toys and much better quality too. Call me an ole softy but I just can't bear to toss it even though it doesn't work as it used to I just can't let it go. Then again, maybe it's not the toy not performing as well, maybe I've matured and out grown it for something better.
