I totally agree.

I probably wouldn't bring it up in conversation though. I wouldn't want to accidentally embarrass her. She frequently takes the things I say the wrong way.

It happened to me not so long ago, I was searching through her drawers for something she borrowed from me. My Mother always kept her vibe in the bedside drawer and both my sister and I 'found' it. She was very matter of fact about it and told us to mind our own business and leave it alone. She told us it was a vibrator and nothing more. My Mother taught us about firm sexual boundaries and that children are not welcome to intrude on their parents sex lives. All in a very no nonsense factual way.

It simply wasn't a big deal even when we learned what a vibrator actually is. It made it much easier for me to not feel shame about liking toys and owning a couple hundred of my own....
