hi everyone i am writing because i want edenfantasys to be a positive place and community, sometimes posts here don´t come out like ,, we like them to be understood and people sometimes understand wrong,, that´s ok but i think here in EF they should make another rule ,, which is not to flag comments unless they´re a serious matter,, i posted something a few days ago which i want to go back in time and not do ,, but like i say people here comment and sometimes there comments don´t come as they expected or that was not what they were trying to say but people understood wrong,, back in the subject,,the post was like 2 months old,, and she did not care about anymore answers ,, but still flag me ,, instead of replying which i think ,, that was done in a double sense ,, if you know what i mean,, if you do not care for anymore answers and your question was already responded by others,, why you going to pay any attention to it,,even though the flag was a spam mark ,, for me that is a sign of hate,, please EF make regulations so people know when they should flag people,, because it seems like a double sense thing to do ,, that cause a big trouble,, which i did not wanted,,flagging people it´s something some people do to harm people ,, it´s a sign of hate in my opinion ,, and people who are like this? let me tell you something , if your answers in a forum already were answered and you don´t want no more posts ,, please request they be remove,, if someone is confuse ,, reply back in a respectful way,, please flagging is the last thing you should consider,, sometimes people do this to harm others ,, like me flagging should be when someone is breaking the rules of edenfantasys not because your post it´s already answered and you don´t want no more posts ,,she told me she did not,, but i am sure she did,, and at the end of everything she just answer dear that was my plan,, which seems to me,, she did flag me ,, when i was just confuse by the topic of the post,, which that should not be,, leave a comment below if you agree,, not to flag unless it´s a really serious matter

I do agree with you, but I feel that even if EF had rules posted, newer users may not read them, and still flag.

I think that if you are flagged (I don't know because it hasn't happened to me), an admin would contact you? Then you could explain what you meant to the admin to clear things up. If an admin does not contact you, you could contact them if you are flagged and unsure why.

I think sometimes things may be taken the wrong way, and considered to be offensive, but the op of the post had no intention of offending. It's really hard on the internet to determine whether someone is being rude on purpose, or if the reader is taking it the wrong way. Not only that, but sometimes people have different senses of humour then ourselves, so what they find funny, we may not (and vice versa).

On any forum, you will find a flagging system to let moderators know of spam, etc. It's really inevitable. I'm sorry you were flagged for something you did not intend to offend anyone with/etc. I am sure you can work this out with an admin : )

Ohhh...this is too good.

Just to clarify, chocosouffle eyes is referring to me in this post.

chocosouffle eyes had posted a response to a question I'd asked about a toy material. However, she was talking about the size of the toy, which has nothing to do with my question, so I posted a response in hopes that she would clarify. Instead, she got very defensive, flagged my response, and has flagged each one following that. This particular thread she has started is extremely hypocritical in that respect.

What she doesn't know is that I did not flag her initially. She simply presumed that I was the one who flagged her, which has prompted her to go on a flagging spree in retaliation. She has flagged a number of my posts at this point, as well as those of another user who got involved in the situation. She also posted on the wall of the other user, harassing her for her input on the thread. I finally did flag ONE of her posts, in the hopes that I might get the attention of an admin...but I also understand that this is a holiday weekend. So hopefully this will be dealt with come Tuesday.

chocosouffle eyes, I never said that I didn't care for any more answers to my question, so what in the world would make you say that? I would love to hear more relevant responses! Yours was not relevant. And I do not feel that the thread should be removed. I feel that it should be available for folks who might have a similar question in the future. My final response on the thread ("That was the plan", or something similar) was not in reply to you, but in reply to the other user who advised that I stop responding, since we were getting nowhere.

The only person abusing the flagging system here...is you!

i agree with you thanks , i have read a little yesterday ,, to know more about expectations of conduct,, and about flagging, like i am not going to flag anyone else no more,, and if someone flag me ,, i should go to the admin ,, if this person continue responding to me, i am going to act like she or he does not exist,, whether or not she flag me , noone can not know, only the system ,, and if she did ,edenfantasys should know ,,, thanks again have a nice day

Hey, guys:

I've posted on the thread that all of this started on, and I want to let you know that I'll be addressing the flags and overall situation today. Thanks!
