So too soft, so too hard. Guess it's just trial and error. I've always found it difficult find one that fits me and she would like it also. Maybe use a harness and dildo she likes? There's harness that men can wear that are somewhat comfortable. Look for one that allows your stuff to hang down. Two strap ones with no strap going from front to the rear waistband.

Silicone tends to be firmer than the TPR. Also more expensive.

Agree with Robin Goodfellow that silicone is firmer than the TPR.
