I've tried it while on my period and unfortunately found out that I'm allergic to a certain type of condom in the process. But I did what everyone else has mentioned by putting a dark towel down and had my time...Now I've realized/come out of the closet that I dont like men in that fasion and have toys but my partner and I use that time to do anal

Wow, I'm surprised to be so far in the minority here. I crave a lot of texture and super-vigorous thrusting during my period---so I use hard ceramic toys like the G Brush. I use a menstrual cup during the day but a pad at night usually, so that's not a huge obstacle.

I don't usually want sex the first couple days of my period because I get pretty nasty cramps. But I've used dildos after that no problem. My dildos are all either glass or silicone, so clean up is a cinch.

On a rare occasion I will, but my periods are really rough and any sort of penetration tends to be painful, so usually I can't.
