My partner likes to snuggle with our dog in bed. It sometimes bothers me cuz the dog sheds and I hate getting its hair in my mouth! Also, partner is a bit of a crazy sleeper so the dog usually ends up sleeping on my feet!!
Do you let your pets (dog/cat/other) sleep in bed with you?

Before our cat passed away, I loved it when he would sleep in bed with us cuddled up in my arms. It's something I really miss.

I sleep with my cat.

My chihuahua demands he sleeps with me and there's no getting out of it.

I dont have a dog and Im kinda allergic to cats.. so the cats in the house are not allowed in the bedroom lol

My cat has been sleeping with us since the day we first brought her home as a seven-week-old kitten. That was over fourteen years ago!
She sometimes even rests her head on my pillow to share the pillow with me. Other times, either my husband or I hold her while she rests her head on one of our arms. Occasionally, she'll lie at the foot of the bed. Other times, she'll rest her entire body on my pillow. (I only get a corner of the pillow, of course!)

I do let my dogs sleep in bed with me. It depends on the situation, but some nights they may be exiled to the couch or to sleep with my roommate. My Chihuahua has a playpen that we usually use when she is in heat to keep her away from the other two dogs, but we will let her sleep in there if she is bothering me and my hunny on a romantic night.

We have a lab mix who climbs in the bed when we are paying attention. We don't encourage her getting up there but let her stay sometimes.

My poodle also demands sleeping in bed with me. I always keep him super clean and brushed so its really no problem for me. He likes to sleep back to back with me. I worried at first that I would roll over and smash him, but I've had him 3 years now and its never happened!

We have two of the three that sleep with us. Like we could stop them...

about once a month I will let my dog sleep with me, but usually I put her in another room.

I don't care if the cat sleeps in the bed: he keeps my feet warm! Hubby, on the other hand, can't stand it. He would say "humans only."

We used to, but I hated it. It was such a pain in the ass to break the habit too.

never would wan tthem there

Our Standard Poodle is the baby of our household and we love him 200%, but he is not allowed on our bed, imagine all those bacteria he might have picked up in the yard and at the park!

I echo the "like I could stop them" position. If I close the door, they have to stay out. But if it's open just a little bit, Fidget will find his way to sleep on my face...cute little bastard that he is.

I have a cat and she is very good. She keeps to herself a lot but she likes to come and cuddle with me when I am relaxing for the night. Sometimes I will wake up and she will be sleeping with me, which I find awesome because she never used to do it.

I bought her her own little bed and she used it a little bit, but she much rather prefers to snuggle up in my blanket or clothes.

SO also has two cats that are super cuddly. He says he will wake up with one on each side of his legs, or one on top of him and the other next to him. They are awesome as well, one (Milo) even plays with my son like they are brothers!

I allow my cat to sleep with me and she will curl up under the covers in winter. But the dogs bed is on the floor. The main reason is because my cat is very jealous over me and when I first brought Bundi home, the cat HATED him and would attack. It was easier to keep the peace so the cat knew she wasn't traded in and still had a safe place she could come to get away from him.
But also, being a Sheperd, when he is fully grown he will take over too much and being a boy, he just LOVES getting all dirty outside. I don't want that on my bed!
From time to time (only after a bath before he gets dirty), he will get to lay on the bed for a very short time.

My dog sleeps by my feet. I dont mind--i just worry one time i may accidently kick her or something when getting up in the morning.

I love it when my big dogs sleep on my feet! When they aren't there I usually stuff my feet under my husbands legs. The weight on them is comforting somehow... this is something I've done ever since I was a child and my Grandmas dogs would sleep on my feet.
My cats and my small dog sleep on my pillows and/or under the covers with me

Our three cats sleep on the bed. I love it!
One time I woke up to find two of them bracketing my head, leaning in and grooming each other over my head.

I only let my cat sleep in bed with me. I don't generally let my dog into my bedroom and I would never let her on my bed. A. she smells too much and B. she has bladder control issues. I love having my cat sleep with me, esp. when she curls up against my side (like she is at the moment). However, it can sometimes be a pain because she will want out in the middle of the night and I always have my door shut. To make matters worse, when I go to put her out she goes under the bed and won't come out unless I open the door and walk down the hall.

I am such an addicted and attached pet mommy and my dog sleeps with me. Thankfully she doesn't shed and she's small because both of those factors would probably cause her to be in her own bed each night. Also, she doesn't kick or toss and turn and is great at sleeping in. I'm having a hard time learn to sleep without her (I'll be without her for a while, sadly, since I'm relocating and she's with my parents).
But when I'm having "play" time, she's most certainly not on the bed. To me it'd be like having a baby laying there. Just... not comfortable or right with me lol.

I used to let my dog and cat sleep in the bed with me. My man is allergic to them, so they had to get out.

Only the cat does

I think I'd let any warm, fuzzy cat curl up in my bed with me.
