Never happened to me but then again I am unsure if they see the address it is being sent to or not. Think that is my main worry would be nice to get somethings on my list though

I have not. I believe my wishlists are private, so I don't really need to worry about this, but I think I would find it incredibly awkward. I realize I'm in the minority here, but regardless of how much I may have previously wanted something, I don't think I'd be mentally able to use a toy purchased for me by a stranger or someone I don't know very well.

I've sent people gifts from their wishlists (usually when I learn it's their birthday, or around christmas), but have never received a gift myself. I just hope they do the same kindness for someone else, as a sort of "pay it forward".

I've only received or given a gift on here for secret santa. I wanted to give my mentor a gift for helping me so much with my reviews, but she didn't have a registry that I could find.

I've never received a gift randomly on EF, but I've received random gifts other places, like my Amazon wishlist. I don't feel creeped out, just really happy and thankful.
