Religion and Sex

If you're like me you come from a religious family how was your experience with sex and sex toys like? Was your family accepting of it of your sexuality or were they judgemental? Or were you silent about it due to fear of judgment?

I'm not from a religious family, but I don't share with my parents or brothers and sisters my sexual preferences and experiences. I don't think this sort of conversation will be welcome. But I know religious people who can openly speak about their sexual life not only with family members but with any other people, and they aren't afraid of any judgment. On the other hand, they don't do anything extremely kinky or exotic. Their experience is common for the majority of people, and they don't feel like there is something they should be ashamed of.

But to my mind, most religious people are pretty shy about everything concerning sex and usually don't tend to talk explicitly about their sex lives.

My experience with sex and sex toys is completely personal and private from my family members. Like you, I also don't know how they'd react and don't want to face judgment. However, I do feel open discussing these topics with my significant other and some close friends. The Eden community is also very open and accepting so you can feel welcome to share or ask any questions here.

I'm 38 and my mother and I never talk sex. She should be a nun, seriously. My dad knew I was bisexual, but he's dead. We just stay away from that topic.
