I'm not sure I understand your title as grammatically, it makes no sense, but as far as your post goes, that's simply your opinion. Ribbed condoms can work great, and are very noticeable for some people, regardless of penis size.

Um.. the ribs are added material and should not 'stretch out' and most condoms have an XL or Mangum version of everything if you need something for a larger than average cock.
