The Turbo Blueberry Bliss is strong and cheap, although if you don't like hard materials you won't like plastic. There are plenty of nice silicone toys in the $35 range, which means free shipping as well. The Impressions G-Spot is a great little toy, for example.
Whatever you buy, read plenty of reviews while making your choice. That will help you learn the pros and cons of different materials and features. And steer clear of jelly toys.

Maybe wait till next weekend when they do the Black Friday and the Cyber Monday and save up some points for the week. That way you have more and then maybe you can grab more then one toy for you.
