How long is it safe to have Luna mini Beads in for? I got them yesterday and wore for an hour. At the last minute, decided to wear them to work today. How long is it ok to have then in for a novice. Btw, I didn't have an problems keeping them in and wasn't aware of much kegel activity yesterday. Todat my senses feel heightened.

i don't think there's really a time limit on how long you can leave them in. Plenty of women leave them in all day. i'd make sure you remove them to clean them at least twice in a 24 hour period of continuous wear. You'll probably notice that your muscles get sore long before anything else would be a concern.

There's probably no real time limit, but yeah, clean em once a a day and you should be good to go.
