The Heart Warmer is larger, stays hot longer, and is easier to activate. On the other hand, you get two for almost the same price with Hot Love. Still, my vote goes to Heart Warmer!

Thanks! I was wondering about this, too. They sold a similar product at the mall this Christmas for over $15 and I wanted one so much.

I like the Heart Warmer better than hot love, and I do have both. The reason is that the Heart Warmer is a bit bigger and stays warm longer. It also has a smoother surface than hot love so it glides over skin better. With Hot Love you do get tow of them, but I still like the Heart Warmer better. I often just use mine during the winter when I'm stuck out shoveling, or when the heat in my car stops working (it does this from time to time).

I like the Heart Warmer more. Its a tiny bit bigger and tends to stay warmer longer. It keeps you warm on those cold nights and if you have cramps this will soothe it

They are really the same thing just different sizes I have both and love both so it really depeands on how big you want it. But if you go with the smaller hot love two is better than one.

i havent tried the other, but I have the heart warmer and I prefer this size. I use it alot!
