Would you use a pre-owned toy?

I've bought lightly-used menstrual cups before, since they are made of silicone and can be properly boiled and sterilized. No reason why I wouldn't use a used sex toy as well, so long as it was completely sanitizable. It'd have to be a toy that I really wanted, though.

I would only use it if it belonged to a partner and was sterilized.

I probably would, from a best friend or my lover. Maybe not though...way rather have it sterilized or boiled!

I'd still use it. As long as it's completely clean of course. We're in contact with much dirtier things everyday.

Sterilizing would help my peace of mind but I'd just be thinking too much to really enjoy it.

I'm a nurse who worked in the ER for 12 years, you get medical instruments used on you that are questionably cleaned. Just saying and the cleaning supplies now a days are pretty good. I guess it depends on the product and the materials, and how I was able to clean it. Eden wipes actually contain cholohexidine( don't know concentration) which is a hand sanitizer we use at the hospital and patients that are coming for surgery are actually given wipes containing the same cholohexidine to use before surgery

Yes, and I already have. As long as the toy is nonporous and I can sterilze it (and of course the previous own didn't have any nasty disease as well).

I was going to say never, but sharing a toy with an actual lover doesn't have that mental ick factor.

There is no way I would use a toy that some one else had used even if it was sterelized

If it was completely sterilized, I wouldn't mind using a pre-owned toy.

Generally speaking, the "ick factor" in my brain is much worse than any actual one, so no.

I don't think I could get over it unless it was only used by a partner depending on what the toy was.

If it's 100% sterile I don't see a problem. I just haven't had a need to use a used one.

I know toys can generally be sterilized, but I would just be so preoccupied thinking about it during sex that it would distract me.

Unless of course it belonged to someone really hot! JK

NOPE! lol sorry it would just be a mood killer knowing that my toy had been used in questionable places on another person. IDK I guess it's just too open for me
