Cabaret Desire by Lust Films - review by ~LaUr3n~

Cabaret Desire is one of the most interesting porns I've ever seen. Further, it's one of the most interesting films too. Regretfully, I didn't get to watch the whole thing, but I believe I'll be buying this film because I liked what I saw so much. I had downloaded the film so I could watch it when I had time, but the download didn't finish correctly, so I only got half of the film and was unable to access the rest since the time had expired on the free link I was given. Cabaret Desire is a film by Erika Lust produced by her company Lust Films (of Barcelona). It has a very interesting concept. Inside a mysterious club called Cabaret Desire, interesting people gather to hear and share stories of lust, passion, sex, and poetry. The clients get introduced to a lady or gentleman who will take them into an exotic world of their own. As they narrate in beautiful prose, the audience is taken through four different tales of lust. There is a little bit of everything in this film. It isn't vanilla by any means. I found that there was a nice blend of content. And even though all of it didn't totally appeal to me, each scene was done in such a way that the cinematography held my interest in itself. I would recommend this to any person or couple that has an open mind. The film is a bit artsy, so if you already know you don't like that kind of thing, I doubt you will like it even if naked bodies are added. It takes a certain appreciation for a film like this. I absolutely love it.

Honestly, I was really impressed. The people chosen for this film moved so naturally together that it's easy to forget you are technically watching a porn. The acting was great and so was the narration done by some of the actors. They were fresh faces to me and there was a good variety of body types and styles.

DVD Features:

This film was viewed on the online site. It is 75 minutes long and was produced in 2011. The DVD version has 20 minutes of extra footage, but there are plenty of behind the scenes videos on line for you to watch. It has no regional coding and has plenty of subtitles: English, Spanish, Italian, French, Swedish, German, Netherlands.

Experience:

From the moment I started watching this film I was completely drawn in and intrigued. The opening scene shows a smokey club with a very fit male dancer swirling around a pole for an audience. In the back girls are getting corseted and a narrator starts to talk. It turns out to be the head Madame of Club Cabaret explaining to her patrons how the club operates. Her "poets will seduce and arouse you. And tonight they are all for sale". How intriguing is that?! The cinematography is also beautiful. The quality is very high and it's just as much a pleasure to watch as it is to listen to.

As the credits wind down, the Madame matches client with a lady or gentleman who will read them a story of lust and passion. The first story is about Sophia who is dating two people, both named Alex, one a guy and one a girl. We get to see into both relationships. There is an especially great sex scene that has both couples separately, but the scenes keep cutting in. Everyone in this scene has a gorgeous body, I especially like Sophia's large natural breasts and curvier figure and male Alex's very chiseled physique. This scene includes oral, fingering, grinding, various sex positions, and even a strap on! I've never seen a more romantic strap on scene! The scenes are also very natural. None of it seems posed or scripted even though I know they probably are. A lot of the camera shots are from the head and not from behind, so you miss a lot of the graphic stuff, but it's hot anyways! This might bother some people, but it didn't bother me. I wasn't really watching this to cum, but to enjoy an incredible artistic film. The scene lasted about 10 minutes long. the entire story lasts about 21 minutes. I won't spoil the ending!

The second scene is very different. A male reads about his mother who was a secretive thief of antiquities, fine art, and all things rare and valuable. During one of her heists, she ties up the owner of the property on a piece of sex furniture. At first he struggles but then gives into her and submits. She is wearing a black cat suit with only eye and mouth holes which is totally not my things, but it was really hot to see just the essential naughty bits when necessary. She would unzip between her legs and leave everything else in place. Definitely different. This scene has oral, bondage, and various sex positions. The sex scene is about 9 minutes and the entire story is about 20.

We then go back to the club where we are treated to a wonderful song by a cabaret singer.

The last two scenes are the ones I sadly did not get to see in full. The one titled Wonderland has a gal, Laura, who is fantasizing about a perfect dream life. The male she pairs with in an abandoned looking studio apartment is fucking gorgeous! He literally looks like David Beckham and sports some seriously sexy tighty whities. They have a very sensual sex scene that is highly romantic.

And the other is titled Wet Sheets. Two lovers reunite after the male lusts after her, Anna, for days on end. The two lovers share their most passionate nights with us.

In the end, I absolutely love this film! Even without having fully seeing the last third of the film, I'd recommend it to many. It's beautiful, erotic, and mysterious. I was drawn into the stories scenes even if the sexual subject matter wasn't my thing. I will totally be looking for more films by Erika Lust. The quality was amazing and I feel the film is worth every penny. That's not something I often say about erotic films.

I hope porn club has more films from this line because I love this movie! I've recommended it to many and everyone loves it!
