Sapphic Desire by Erocktavision - review by Librarian

Labeled as a "sexual music revolution" I wasn't sure what to expect, so I wasn't disappointed nor was I thrilled. There was definitely some cool music I'd like to have on my iPod, and there was "real" music, not the cheap 70s porn kind. There were lyrics, too!

This is labeled as volume 3. I don't know if volumes 1 & 2 explain why the girls are on a boat, but these girls are definitely on a boat, pardon, I mean yacht. There's no plot nor any pretensions to one--just girl-on-girl action as they sail into the sunset.

The thing that stood out about this movie was their post-production weirdness. They used some strange filters as if trying to make the movie "arty", but what it ends up doing is making the girls' skin tones look strange or washing out the image so that it's very difficult to see what's going on. However, it's just brief moments they play with the filters and the rest of the time the film looks somewhat normal.

The scenes are generally just sex with occasional interruptions between with the girls shown clothed, laughing, drinking, or images of dolphins and wherever they are on location.

There are four girls and they partner up and switch around. They use strap-ons, vibrators, their tongues and fingers. The oral sex scenes are the best shot (except when the filters are used).

There are 3 special features:

Niki Clover Bonus Scene: Watching her play with a strap-on she's wearing; play with her breasts; another woman joins her and lots of play with dildo; some oral sex. Clover looks mostly bored until her partner starts performing oral on her. Approx. 12 minutes.

Behind the scenes: Watching the director with a camera moving around during scenes; hear the director making some comments like "that's hot", "that's great", "beautiful", etc.; hear Nikki Clover make scene suggestions for her extra scene; find out the director and Nikki Clover are partners. Approx. 7 min.
