The Craving by Wicked Pictures - review by her.royal.redness

It came in a little box that looks just like a book. When you open the box, it contains a tiny story book that highlights the different fairy tales in the movie. And it comes with three bookmarks, which was easily my favorite part. I can put a naked Jessica Drake between my pages! But enough about presentation, onto the movie!

The first thing to note is that this whole movie was shot in film so the quality in all of the scenes is a little bit grainy. This may have been intentional, attempting to add to the dream like quality of the fairy tales, but I just found it irritating.It runs about 81:14 minutes, so get comfy, grab your favorite buzzing buddy and let's watch some porn!

Scene One: Sleeping Beauty: Jessica Drake starts the film off with Justin Magnum as her Prince. The upbeat music didn't really suit the scene all that well, and felt a bit more like a rave or dance party than fairy tale characters engaging in sex. There was some oral and vaginal sex only with a few positions covered and it ended when he came on her face.

Scene Two: Pied Piper of Hamlin: Brooke Haven, Kayla Carrera, Kimberly Kole, Jessica Drake, and others portrayed the strumpets of the medieval town that hires the infamous flute player played by Randy Spears. He uses his musical talent to lure them away from the town and into each other’s arms. The end result is an orgy where the girls use Randy and each other to satisfy their harlot needs. There was a lot of licking, sucking, stroking, fondling. It was a pretty short clip, and with very minimal sex. Randy ends up coming and letting the girls share all that he has to offer orally.

Scene Three: Little Red Riding Hood: Chelsie Rae plays little Red who runs into a heavily made up Tyler Knight. It was… interesting watching the Wolfman take Little Red, although she certainly seemed to enjoy it. She blew him, they had delightfully rough vaginal intercourse, which fits with the wolf I suppose, and then moved on to some enthusiastic and bouncy anal. My favorite part of the scene was the ATM machine, which fit perfectly with the whole medieval setting.

Scene Four: Rapunzel: Mikayla plays the Princess seducing her Prince Charming, Tommy Gunn, to climb the tower and release her from her cursed chastity. The sex is pretty stereotypical. But you can’t help but appreciate their enthusiasm and sexual athleticism, which are well worth watching. Pretty similar to the other scenes, pretty tame over all. At the end of the scene though we discover that Rapunzel has tied up her Prince and intends to keep him a prisoner of her sexual appetite forever, and you pan over her collection of previous victims.

Scene Five: Princess and the Frog: Jessica Drake plays the princess. She stumbles across a talking frog (Or we assume he talks. The audience just hears frog croaks, but she talks to him anyway) and after kissing him he transforms into Chris Cannon. He asks how he can return the favor&she leans into him and whispers into his ear (probably something along the lines of fuck me froggy style). Moments later he eats her out and she blows him to completion for a facial. End scene. But wait! She finds an array of other poor cursed frogs asking for kisses. So she obliges and next is blowing Joey Ray. Another short scene. She’s approached by one last frog however the magic doesn’t seem to be working as Marcus London sneaks up her. They kiss, she blows him to a facial after a couple of minutes, and then strolls off into the distance with him.

The extra's were good with a few sex scenes, some trailers and commentaries. There's a lengthy Cinderella scene which they ended up giving the axe but was neat to watch; as all the things go wrong, you really get an appreciation for the effort that goes into films like this.

I think Wicked films does stuff and I LOVE the fact that the actors wear condoms, and the disclaimer before the film reminds you to use condoms and a responsible sex life. The costumes were gorgeous, and so were most of the scene settings. But the sex was just a little too tame, and I certainly felt like there was not enough of it. It's not a bad film, it just doesn't live up to the usual Wicked, literally, awesome standards that I've come to know, love and expect.

After watching it a few more times, and once with my partner I've started to have a better appreciation for this film. The theatrics, once you give them a chance, really add a bit of artistic merit to the film. And I've come to find that this film really appeals to me when I'm in a softer, slower, more sensual mood. I love the fairy tales, and I will continue to blush whenever I hear my partner whisper something or another relating to Red Riding Hood, or Rapunzel etc. It certainly was worth watching a second and third and fourth time! And I'm glad I did! Not to mention those awesome book marks it came with! :)
