Mia Isabella is a popular transsexual porn star who has spent a lot of time working with Pipedream to create a number of niche products; this wind up toy being one of them. I know that it may come across as offensive and insensitive, however it has been given blessing by Mia and is really no different than her love doll or masturbator.

This toy comes in a blister pack type package; with the cardboard back and the toy visible through a bubble in the front. It's very obvious and very out there, and keeps in line with the rest of the Mia Isabella line packaging with the red and white and the appearance of the font being written by hand.

The toy itself is modeled somewhat after Mia herself, only closer to 6" than Mia's actual height of 5'5". It's obvious that it's a dark haired figure, with breasts and a penis. She's anatomically correct and all of her limbs even move. Her left arm and both her legs move independently of each other, essentially making per pose-able. However, spacing her feet out at all will result in her not being able to stand up anymore. Her right arm and hand are controlled by the wind up spring located in her left side. She seems pretty well put together, but is still a novelty item that isn't going to stand up to a whole lot of abuse.

You'd control this like you would any wind up toy; by winding up the stick on the side. It sounds exactly the same as the cars you might have pulled back and then let themselves be propelled off the table when you were a kid. Or the chattering teeth. That's probably a better one to explain it with. Aside from the sound of the chattering teeth, the wind up and release noise is exactly the same.

So what happens when you wind Mia up and let her go?? She pleasures herself. On a full wind you'll get about 20 seconds of stroking, and like most other wind up toys if you tap the part that moves it'll keep going for a few seconds before having to be wound up again.

To me, this is something that I'm taking entirely in the spirit of it being a novelty, and because it was created by the person that it's modeled after, I have no problems with it at all. As a wind up toy, it works as well as expected. It's a great gag gift, but isn't something that will last forever.

While I wouldn't recommend it as an addition to any ol' party in need of a gag, I would recommend it to fans of Mia Isabella.
