Mini pecker party candles 6 pieces - sex toy party ware by Pipedream - review by ~LaUr3n~

USE:

This set of six mini pecker shaped candles is a perfect funny table setting for a party like a birthday or ever better, a bachelorette party. They can also be taken home as favors if they survive the night. I thought these would but non-functional as candles since it said mini, but actually you can light them and they won't be melted in like 30 seconds. They last a decent amount of time.

MATERIAL/DESIGN:

The set comes with six. There are two of each color, very light pink, red, and a purplish/gray. The pictures on Eden Fantasys show the colors a bit off. They are not ugly though, just a bit faded. Like I said, they are mini. They are only 2 inches tall, but this was bigger than I thought they would be. They are thick though. The base is about an inch by and inch and a half. The base is perfectly flat, so you don't have to worry about them tipping over from imperfections in the mold.

They are of course, shaped like penises, mini pecker willies if you will. They look like chodes, but super cute in my opinion. I wish they had little smiley faces on the heads! They are relatively well made. The wax is cheap, but it isn't flaking off. They are not as glossy as they appear in the picture however. The front of the balls look oddly diseased and that's what my boyfriend asked me about first when he held one. There are weird dots on the front of the balls. I think this is supposed to look like hair? Anyways...the wicks are covered in wax as they should be, and are really short which is good for lasting longer. And these are unscented, I wish they had scents too.

PERFORMANCE:

You could just leave these on the tables unlit and I think people would find them just as amusing. You can light them though. Since the wicks are short and waxed, they last longer than you'd think. I think the thickness really helps out with this. I can't be sure exactly how long they take to burn all the way, but I can say that it took about half hour to melt the entire head and after that it slowed down. I blew mine out shortly after that because there is not base to these that catches the wax. It makes a drippy mess. I suggest going to Ikea or Crate & Barrel and getting 6 glass votive holders for less than or around 5 bucks. This would be a good idea for safety reasons too obviously.

PACKAGING:

They come in a super simple package which didn't make the trip in one piece the first time it was shipped to me. Not sure if the fault lies on Eden or Pipedream, but the second set was just fine. There are some flaws to the candles from being banged, so once you receive them store them in cool place away from other items that could dink them further before you want to use them.

RATING:

I rate these 3 stars. They are just average I'd say. They are a hell of a lot better than the other penis candles I bought, but they were so bad it makes these look amazing. The shapes are cute and they function decently. It would be nice if they were scented or had deeper colors, but for a one time use...these are a good price and are not a waste of money. I only had 5 people in the bridal party so this was inexpensive. It gets a bit pricey if you need to buy multiple sets.

I totally like these more now that I was able to use them at a restaurant. We lit a few for fun because the girls didn't believe they actually worked. Not wanting to burn down the place, they were blown out but the girls thought they were hilarious and some even called them cute. Cute is the last thing you want girls calling your pecker right? HA! I have bought about fours packs of these now since the girls wanted to take them home and I didn't have enough for everyone. I wish these came in larger packs.
