A great introduction!

All in all, this toy is a quality product and a wonderful place to start for anal stimulation. Although it is quite small, and does not want to stay in place very well. I'd recommend this to beginners only.
Silicone, sterilizable, no taste, no smell, perfect for beginners, non-intimidating size or shape
Slips out, square base is awkward, attracts lint.

Let me preface this by saying that I am a newcomer (cummer?) to anal stimulation. I was pretty against the idea for a while. I enjoyed a little bit of rubbing around the anus coupled with other stimulation, but I was too nervous to try actual penetration.

Then one fateful night, I'd had a few drinks and I said to the boyfriend, "what the hell, let's try it!" We'd tried fingers previously with no real headway... he couldn't get them in without it hurting, and I wasn't game to keep pushing through. So we tried it with a penis, and magically, it worked just fine. I was still unsure as to whether or not I enjoyed it, so I decided to order a small anal toy to experiment with on my own time (since the fingers never worked so well)

Enter the Tantus Slim. A beautiful matte-black toy, made from 100% hypo-allergenic and phthalates-free silicone. In relative terms of width, it's about the size of 1.5 fingers (using my boyfriend's lovely cellist hands) wide, and about as long as his middle finger.

After masturbating for a while and having one orgasm to make sure I was fully relaxed, I lubricated the toy (with a water-based lube, DO NOT use silicone lubes with toys, they will make them melt!) and slipped it in. Very-well designed, it glides in easily! I continued masturbating with the toy in, and when I came, it was definitely much stronger than without it!

Now as far as actual stimulation goes, I found the only way to keep it comfortably inside me was if I sat up with it in. If I leaned back, the square-ish base would cause it to angle oddly inside me, which did not feel very good. If I stood up, it threatened to pop out. And although this could be due to my relative inexperience with anal penetration, I feel that most users of this toy are inexperienced with anal as well... perhaps a greater diameter difference between the neck of the toy and the body of it would be beneficial to prevent slipping problems.

Afterwards, I washed the toy with antibacterial soap and water, although since this toy is silicone, it is completely non-porous and can be boiled or bleached! When letting the toy dry off though, it is important to let it air-dry. I found that wiping it with a towel caused it to gather quite a bit of lint, and even when it was dry it was difficult to get the lint off.

All in all this toy is definitely a wonderful place to start for anal stimulation, although it is quite small and does not want to stay in place very well. I'd recommend this to beginners only.
