Ok, so let me start off by saying that my wife and I have recently gotten into anal play and we love it. We both explore each other anally, and equally love to give and receive pleasure by it. Thick water-based lubes work best with these plugs. The medium and larger plugs have a little hollow area in the base, that works well with a bullet vibe.
