This product is designed to help a woman achieve the pleasure of having two objects thrusting vaginally and anally at the same time. It can be strapped to either a penis or a dildo with balls. One of the straps goes around the shaft of the dildo or penis and the other strap goes around the balls. This is a fairly unique product as it's the only such device I've seen that can be attached to a penis to provide this stimulation to a woman.

It's made from pure silicone. This is one of the most body safe materials currently available. Like most silicone toys it's firm enough to do the job but has some give to it which is good for comfort. Silicone makes for great products but the downside is that the surface may not be as slippery as some other products. It has a bit of grip but with proper lubricant it's not an issue for most.

I believe the size of the toy is one of it's big strengths. It's moderately sized. It's just big enough to feel all the sensations you are looking for but not too big. When it comes to a toy that is designed to simulate dual penetration this is important. If it were bigger there would be many who would consider it to be uncomfortable. I would consider this a one size fits all but there will probably be a minority of people who will want something more filling.

The one size fits all size of this toy is it's strength. The probe part of the toy seemed durable and well made. The silicone straps were quite thin. They haven't given me any reason to think they would fail but being fairly thin it would be something to handle gently. The device did the job it was intended for.

It's all silicone so that's a huge plus. It can be boiled for deep cleaning and should be quite durable. If you don't enjoy boiling sex toys you can just wash it thoroughly in hot water with soap, taking care to scrub it well. Since silicone is non-porous there will not be any issues of holding scents or microscopic particles of anything.

It came in a plastic bag. There were no instructions. Luckily it's fairly self explanatory.

My wife was hesitant about the idea of trying this. She was afraid that having something in both places might be too much. On my end the discomfort of wearing it was a disappointment. The silicone straps proved to be borderline painful. Because this is going in and out while attached to you the resistance of the motion results in a lot of sensitive skin pulling where the straps touch you. This is just the nature of the design. The only way to help in this category would be to use thicker straps with fasteners to be tightened instead of elastic silicone that is stretched to fit.

The other issue is that this item causes some hygiene concerns. Because the base of it is against the penis or dildo you will by design have two items that will probably occasionally bump each other that are going into both places. This has a high probability of getting anal bacteria on the item that is going into the vagina. For people that are prone to infections this is going to be a serious point of contention. Considering we're talking about double penetration I'm not sure there is anyway to totally prevent this but it's something everyone should be aware of.
