This toy was shipped in a brown box with the return address labeled "web merchants". The toy itself came in a black box with a sleeve that was labeled as Focus which was also sealed with plastic wrap. I was impressed with the packaging of the toy, as not all toys from EF come in a box. Most from my experience are just in a plastic bag. You can use the box to store the toy in or just to store other items in general. The Focus comes with a small pamphlet, USB charging cord, and a see-through black drawstring bag. The toy was charged a bit when it arrived, so I was able to go through all of the functions. There are no continuous speeds with this toy, so if that's a function you're looking for, I suggest you look into something else. There are 12 different vibration patterns with no option for change in speed. Hold the pink button on the end for a few seconds to turn it on/off. Press the same button to flip through the different functions. The toy is hard but made with smooth silicone. The bendable feature only goes one way. There are some ridges close to the middle of the toy and a patch of small bumps on the button end.

I first used this toy with my partner as a couple's toy. I made sure to fully charge and clean the toy before play. I used the Focus for clit stimulation to get my vagina wet before inserting the toy. Definitely helped with foreplay. I went through a few of the functions on my clit, inserted the toy, then went through the rest. Pattern vibrations aren't my thing, but they were nice, steady, and not overwhelming.
