The intended purpose... is to assist you in gaping. It works very well. You can use it in your vagina or anus either way, although the anus is usually the better option (in my experience). The material is very good. It's TPE, so it is fragrance-free, safe, and easy to clean! It is safe to use! All you need to clean it is warm water, soap (or sex toy cleaner), and a rag or something. There really is nothing bad about this product... It only takes some "working up to it" when you first use it, and a lot of lube.

The best way to use this is to slowly "work your way up" when first starting out for some, but all you do is push the wide end together, slowly insert it into your anus. Leave it in your anus for however long you want, and when you eventually take it out, you'll have a gaping asshole! It can't be easier than that! It will not hit the G-spot or the P-spot, as it is not intended for that. It will not go "deep" either, it's just wide, so no worries about it going up too far, as if anyone is worried about that!

No safety precautions should be needed, except for slow insertion (for the first time... again) and just use an ample amount of lubrication, and you're good to go. The soft, but firm material feels very nice going in, and out. The cleaning is very easy too! Just some warm water and soap. This will easily allow any other larger, or wider toys in there! Or maybe even your hand! Haha. This is most definitely, 100% worth the buy. There's no reason to NOT buy this. Unless you are the type of person to not want to have fun! Good luck!
