My wife purchased this to surprise me...so many toys for her pleasure; it was great to focus on me! The toy itself seems to be very well constructed, easy to clean, and smooth, with a magnetic charger to ensure it is waterproof. There are two buttons on the base of the toy, one to turn it on and one to change the patterns and intensity.



The remote also works with the same buttons as the toy with the same functions.



The size of the prostate massager is not too large, and the narrower portion at the base is nice to keep it from slipping out. The "ball cup" seems small, despite the flexible sides. I'll include a picture with a typical-sized mandarin orange (what else would I use?!).

My wife brought this out when we were getting into bed. I was eager to try it, so I flipped over, and after a little bit of lube, she slipped the toy inside me. I could immediately tell it pushed nicely against my P-spot and fit snugly inside. It took a minute or two to figure out the buttons, but when it turned on, the "come-hither" stroking of the fingertip was exhilarating! I could feel myself dripping with prostatic fluids as I flipped back over. The ball cup was a little disappointing, being that it wasn't quite big enough. The edges are flexible and soft, and she could coax my balls into it, but with any movement at all, they would pop back out. I think it would be better if your testicles are on the smaller size.

The vibrations - both internal and the ball cup - were intense! We didn't even realize we weren't on the highest setting, and they could easily be felt throughout my shaft.
